This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pWY82 with the following enzymes: SpeI and AgeI-HF. We observed the expected band sizes:
SpeI Digest - ~11.6 kb
SpeI/AgeI-HF Digest - ~7.7kb and ~3.9 kb
