*Addgene sequence shows that there is an L57Q mutation in AR-V7 relative to NCBI sequences. There is also a "QQQ" insertion and a "GGGG" deletion relative to NM_000044.3. These mutations were in the original Sawyers lab clone and are not known to affect function.
