Depositor Comments
Plant ubiquitin (Ubi-1) promoter (with untranslated region intron) driving expression of a synthetic, codon-optimised xylanase gene followed by an rbcS terminator. The xylanase is used as a reporter gene for quantitative promoter expression in plant tissues.
