This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 64135 with BamHI-HF and NdeI.
We see the expected banding patterns:
BamHI-HF single digest: 1 band at 4.7
NdeI single digest: 1 band at 4.7
BamHI-HF / NdeI double digest: 2 bands - 3.2 and 1.5 KB
