Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
64117 with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF single digest and EcoRI-HF and KpnI-HF double digest
We expect the linearized plasmid to run at ~8.3kb and the double digest to give 2 bands of ~1.9kb and 6.4kb.
We see the expected result.
