This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pHAGE-TO-nmdCas9-3XmCherry with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and NotI-HF.
With EcoRI-HF, we expect one band at 12.1 kb.
With EcoRI-HF/NotI-HF, we expect two bands at 8 and 4 kb.
