Depositor Comments

pJF3H utilizes the backbone of pComb3H and a specially designed cassette for cDNA library display. The cDNA library is expressed as a C-Terminal fusion on Fos. The pIII gene product is expressed as a C-Terminal fusion to Jun. The ompA and pelB leader sequences direct the products to the periplasm where they assembly via Jun/Fos interaction.
