Full length mouse FAM20C extending 98 bp upstream of the ATG and excluding the stop codon, was amplified from FAM20C mouse BC025826 cDNA by PCR using primers FAM20C-HindIII-F and FAM20C-NotI-R and the resulting fragment was cloned into HindIII and NotI cut pcDNA3.1/V5-His-B to create above plasmid.
