This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pDestTol2pA2-U6:gRNA with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and HindIII-HF.
BamHI-HF, HindIII-HF and BamHI-HF/HindIII-HF digests show expected banding pattern.
