This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 62988 with enzyme EcoRI-HF.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 0.7 and 8.5bp. We see the expected pattern. Note that the smaller band is very faint on this gel image.
