Depositor Comments
This construct aligns with Drosha isoform-2 (NP_001093882.1) up to amino acid 353 or amino acid 390 of isoform-1 (NP_037367; with deletion of residues 316-352). Drosha 1 also contains S195G and H353S mutations. Depositor states that these mutations should not affect function.
