This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
pCITF-KCC2 with the following enzymes: NheI HF, RsrII, and NheI HF + RsrII.
We anticipate the following pattern: NheI HF - 9.7kb; RsrII - 9.7kb; NheI HF + RsrII - 6.5kb and 3.2kb
We see the expected result.
