This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 60957 with the following enzymes: AgeI-HF/EcoRI-HF (expected bands: 4.3kb and 3.2kb) and HindIII-HF/EcoRV-HF (5.2kb and 2.2kb). We see the expected pattern.
