Addgene Diagnostic Test
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of plasmid 59896 with the following enzymes: CspCI and EcoRI-HF.
We expect CspCI to give a band of ~11.4kb and EcoRI to give bands of ~6.8 and 4.3kb. We see the expected pattern, although the CspCI reaction did not run to completion.
