Depositor Comments

Note: Compared to the NCBI genomic reference sequence for Drosophila melanogaster Or47b , Addgene's quality control sequencing finds about ten mismatches in the insert ORF, including I245M and G363D amino acid residue substitutions. The depositing laboratory is aware of these differences, and states that they are polymorphisms that are not expected to affect protein function. The coding changes are not in highly conserved domains in the protein.
