This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of the plasmid p201G Cas9 with the following enzymes: SpeI, NcoI-HF, and AscI.
We expect the following:
SpeI/NcoI-HF: 13.1kb and 0.8kb.
SpeI: 13.9
AscI: 9.2, 4.7
We see the expected sizes (please see other digest image for larger bands)
