Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
59176 with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF single digest, SalI-HF single digest, and NcoI-HF single digest.
We expect the following results: EcoR1 should give 3 bands: 2.5, 4.6 , and 7.4 kb
SalI should give 2 bands: 3.6 and 10.9 kb
NcoI should give a single linearized band at 14.5 kb
Our results indicate one EcoRI site at bp 6362 is missing, but the pattern is otherwise as expected.
