This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pMRX-IP/SECFP-hATG9A with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and BamHI-HF.
Expected bands:
EcoRI-HF 6905 bp and 2537 bp
BamHI-HF 7308 bp and 2134 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for this digest.
