Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pEGFP TEM4 FL with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF, HpaI, and XbaI.
*The insert has a second XbaI site, which causes a digest with XbaI/EcoRI to yield two bands- ~ 1.8kb and 4.4kb.
For the EcoRI/HpaI digest, we observed the expected band size of 4.6kb and 6.2kb
