This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 54642 with the following enzymes EcoRI-HF and NotI-HF.
This EcoRI-HF/NotI-HF double digests shows the expected banding pattern (1.5kb tdTomato insert and 4kb vector backbone).
