This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 53190 with KpnI-HF, AgeI-HF, and BamHI-HF.
We expected the following banding patterns:
KpnI-HF single digest: Bands at 7.4, 5.8 and 1.5kb
BamHI-HF single digest: Linearized plasmid ~15kb
AgeI-HF/BamHI-HF double digest: Bands at 12 and 3kb
