Depositor Comments

Note that this plasmid has a few differences from the Entrez Genbank reference sequence for Drosophila 5-HT7. It was cloned from a w1118 fly strain and can be considered a functional variant.

Plasmid can be directly used for expression in HEK cells. Insert cloned into the NotI and XhoI sites. Has a vertebrate Kozak sequence (GCCACC) immediately upstream of the ATG.
