Depositor Comments
This is the same as the "regular" tetO plasmids (41022, 41023, 41024, 41025, or 41026) with an additional LADYGAG linker. This allows amplification of tagging cassettes from the LINKER vectors using the same pair of primers. For the “regular” vectors the reverse primer is unique to each plasmid.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
