Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pMH5 with the following enzymes: NotI-HF and XhoI.
Both NotI-HF and XhoI/NotI-HF digests show the expected band sizes:
11KB for NotI-HF
1.7 and 9.5KB for XhoI/NotI-HF.
