This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pcDNA3.1/Puro-CAG-ASAP1 with the following enzymes: KpnI-HF and NcoI-HF.
Digested with KpnI-HF, we expect 1 band at 7.4 kb.
Digested with NcoI-HF, we expect 3 bands at 3.5, 2.3, and 1.5 kb.
We see the expected result.
