SPOP-MATH-BTB+ were fused to the C terminus of His-tagged maltose-binding protein (His-MBP) and subcloned into the first cloning site of pRSFDuet vector (Novagen). TEV cleavage sites were engineered between the His-MBP tag and the fusion protein.
