This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pcDNA3-FLAG-Lin28B with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and XhoI.
We expect bands at 5.4, 0.6, and 0.3kb and see the expected result (0.3kb band too small to visualize)
