This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of plasmid 51310 with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
We expect BamHI to linearize the plasmid and run at ~6.1kb and the double digest to give 2 bands of ~5.4kb and 0.7kb.
