This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid #51128 with the enzymes Hind III-HF and Xho I.
The expected pattern of bands was observed.
HindIII-HF single digest: linearized plasmid 9.3kb
Xho I single digest: linearized plasmid 9.3kb
HindIII-HF / Xho I double digest: bands at 1.3kb & 8.0kb
