Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pSLQ1651-sgTelomere(F+E) with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and XhoI.
The expected pattern of bands was observed:
Digested with EcoRI-HF, expected band at 8.3 kb.
Digested with XhoI, expected band at 8.3 kb.
Digested with EcoRI-HF/XhoI, expected bands at 6.3 and 2 kb
