Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 50916 with SalI-HF and NdeI.
We observed the expected pattern of bands:
1. SalI-HF single digest: Linearized plasmid ~15kb
2. NdeI single digest: Linearized plasmid ~15kb
3. SalI-HF / NdeI double digest: Bands at 8.6 and 6.0kb
