Depositor Comments
We received the EB3 construct from Niels Galjart (Erasmus U, Netherlands) originally and replaced GFP with tdTomato.
There is a Sal I site at the 5' end of EB3 and a Not I site at the 3' end of tdTomato.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
