Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pBS-3xGFP with the following enzymes: NotI-HF and BamHI-HF.
Expected results:
NotI-HF - 6008 bp
NotI-HF/BamHI-HF - 3826 bp + 2182 bp
Smaller, faint bands in single and double digest lanes suggest recombination to remove 2 of 3 yeGFP genes in a minority of the population.
