This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): NheI and an NheI/NotI double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 13.5kb with NheI alone (linearization); 7.7kb and 5.7kb bands with NheI and NotI. We see the expected pattern.
