This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 49004 with SpeI-HF and XhoI.
We expected and saw the following result:
SpeI-HF single digest: one band at 2.7kb
XhoI-HF single digest: one band at 2.7kb
