This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): XmaI, SalI single digests and SalI/BglII double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: For XmaI: ~2.8kb and ~4.9kb. For SalI single: ~7.6kb and for SalI/BglII double diges: ~1.6 and ~6kb. We see the expected patterns.
