This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): XmaI, SalI single digests and SalI/BglII double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: For XmaI: ~2.7kb and ~4.5kb. For SalI single: ~7.2kb and for SalI/BglII double diges: ~1.3 and ~6kb. We see the expected patterns.
