Depositor Comments
level 2 cloning vector, replicates in E.coli and Agrobacterium, binary vector for Agrobacterium T-DNA delivery to plant cells.
Please note the bacteria should be an orange color when grown on a plate or stab. Since the color needs oxygen to be made, the bacteria may start off as white, but the color will develop (in about one hour) once exposed to sufficient oxygen.
