Tet-pLKO-puro-SOX2 Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid Tet-pLKO-puro-SOX2 with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and Xhol. For the BamHI digest, we expected the following band sizes: 8.8kb. For the XhoI digest, we expected the following band sizes: 8.4kb, 190bp, 136bp, 42bp.
The expected pattern on bands was observed, though the bands below 0.5kb were run off the gel.
