Addgene Diagnostic Digest
The gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder, uncut plasmid, plasmid cut with EcoRI, plasmid cut with XhoI and double digest with EcoRI+XhoI.
We see the expected 5.6kb and 1.8kb bands in the double digest. There is background cutting from EcoRI-HF that is also present.
