This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): XhoI (Lane 3); NcoI (Lane 4); NdeI (Lane 5); XhoI+NcoI (Lane 6); NdeI+NcoI (Lane 7); and XhoI+NdeI (Lane 8).
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 8.3kb (Lane 3); 8.3kb (Lane 4); 8.3kb (Lane 5); 2.8kb & 5.5kb (Lane 6); 3.0kb & 5.3kb (Lane 7); and 2.5 kb & 5.8kb (Lane 8). We see the expected pattern.
