cDNA was obtained from UMR cDNA Resource Center, www.cdna.org
Rab6a T27N was created by a series of PCRs using T7, BGH RVS primers as well as the Rab6T27N-specific primers as follows: FWD (5′-AGCAAAGCGTTGGAAAGAATTGTTTGATCATCAGATTCATG-3′) or Rab6 T27N RVS (5′-TCTGGTGATCAAAGAATTCTTTCCAACGCTTTGCTCCCCCA-3′).
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
