Depositor Comments
This plasmid is used for integration of DNA into the E.coli genome via homologous recombination. The DNA of interest is cloned between lacZ homologous arms and integrated at the lacZ locus.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
