This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid #46169 with the enzymes Bgl I and HindIII-HF / EcoRI-HF .
We expect the following:
Bgl I single digest: expect 2 bands: 2.3 and 1.1kb
EcoRI-HF / HindIII-HF double digest: expect 2 bands: 2.6 and 0.8kb
