Depositor Comments
The I-CreI expression vector pCNCre3 was constructed from plasmid pI-CreI (Wang, et al., 1997. Nucleic Acids Res. 25, 3767–3776). The I-CreI open reading frame was amplified, cleaved with HhaI and then ligated to the adapter oligonucleotide described above. The resulting nls-Cre fragment was ligated into the NotI site of pCMVb to generate pCNCre3.
