The last 25 amino acids of lacritin were deleted in this construct (aa 114-138).

Please note that Addgene's sequencing results identified a few differences in the vector backbone when compared to the full plasmid sequence. The depositing laboratory indicates that these differences are not a concern for the function of the plasmid.
