Depositor Comments

The TNIK open reading frame was PCR amplified with BP flanked primers from the vector acquired from Open Biosystems and ligated into a pDONR223 vector in a BP Gateway ligation reaction. The TNIK open reading frame was subsequently ligated into the pBabe_puro_DEST_flag backbone in a Gateway LR ligation reaction.
