Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLAMP1-mCherry with the following enzymes: SacI and EcoRV-HF.
We predict the following results:
SacI-HF single digest: 3 bands: 5.3, 1.6, 0.5
EcoRV-HF single digest: 1 band: 7.4
We see the expected pattern.
