This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: XhoI and BamHI
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 1.5kb and 7.7kb. We see the expected pattern.
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
The following digest shows the plasmid cut with: BamHI-HF, EcoRI-HF and BamHI-HF+EcoRI-HF. The NB 1kb ladder is included.
We see the expected pattern.
