Modifications to backboneFinal pFIN backbone: Added cPPT-FLAP sequence upstream of MCS in pTY to create pTYF backbone (Coleman et al 2002 Physiol Genomics 12:221-228). Added 2x250 chicken β-globin HS4 core sequence into 3'LTR of pTYF backbone to create pFIN (Semple-Rowland et al 2007 Mol Vis 13:2001-2011).

Depositor Comments
GFP-2A-mCherH was created using a three-step PCR strategy described by Symczak et al [46] that included the addition of a GSG linker sequence upstream of the PTV1 2A peptide sequence.
mCherry was tagged with HA to enable detection using HA antibody.
